SCAPE is inviting you to join a presentation with the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) to discuss state funding opportunities for Colorado businesses. The event will be hosted at the Fort Lewis Center for Innovation.
The staff of the Advanced Industries (AI) Program will be visiting on Tuesday, July 21 @ 11am. They will be sharing information on funding assistance opportunities to support your commercialization and export activities. Enjoy a presentation about the following topics:
· AI Early Stage Capital and Retention Grant
· AI Investment Tax Credit
· AI Export Grant
· Global Consultant Network
· State Trade Expansion Program (STEP)
We will also hear from Region 9 about Enterprise Zones. A business located within these boundaries may be eligible for EZ tax credits, including capital investment tax credits, job tax credits, job training, research and development tax credits, and other credits and incentives. All of Dolores, Montezuma, San Juan, and Archuleta and parts of La Plata, are currently located within the Southwest Enterprise Zone boundaries which is administered by the Region 9 Economic Development District of SW Colorado (Region 9).
