SCAPE Tech Series: Explore the Internet of Things (IoT)

  • SCAPE 2615 Main Avenue #1 Durango, CO, 81301 United States (map)

Join us for a discussion on the Internet of Things (IoT) - encompassing electronics, communication and computer science engineering. We'll cover how this tactic is used to solve problems and get creative on ways to incorporate IoT in your business and life. This session is led by SCAPE Mentor Peter Provost, former head of product development teams at Microsoft's Developer & Azure cloud divisions and helped establish a few "internal startups" within the company.

This session is one in a new Summer Tech Series. Guest speakers will cover a variety of topics from data, no code creation, to artificial intelligence and cloud computing and how these tools can add more efficiency to your work. Come for the topic, stay for the connections. We encourage everyone from tech leaders to tech-curious to be our guest. This event is a collaborative effort with SCAPE Mentors, Nicholas Goodman and Ben Le Cun, drinks and snacks provided by SCAPE (directions below*).
